Business aligned front-office trading IT group within this leading global investment bank requires a number of hands on Team Leaders to come aboard to oversee the development of business critical projects and work streams. Suitable candidates will have extensive Java J2EE experience in addition to a minimum of 2 years leadership/ management experience whilst having retained a highly technical day to day focus.
* Due to the nature of this business group all team leaders will be expected to remain hands on during the entire SDLC including code reviews and mentoring of junior staff. You will ultimately be responsible for the delivery/ quality of your assigned projects - Thus a willingness to get your hands dirty will be essential in contributing to the design and build output of the team.
